Ask about upgrading to a half or full day rental for the entire facility!
Full Day Entire Facility rental allows access to the facility from 7:00am - 11pm.
Half Day Entire Facility rental allows access from either 7am-2pm, or 3pm-11pm.
4 Hour Room rentals are any 4 hours before 2pm. Subject to availability.
Set up by caterers, florists, photographers or deliveries of any kind will only be allowed within your scheduled rental times.
Deposit and Payment:
Damage deposit is in addition to the rental fee and must be paid at the time of the booking. The balance is due 5 days prior to your event. A full refund of the damage deposit will be within 30 days, if the rental begins and ends on time, the clean up regulations and all other regulations are followed and there is no damage to the property. Renter is responsible for taking out trash, mopping up wet spills, bagging linens (if rented) and sweeping premises to leave it in rentable condition. All personal décor and items should be removed by renter before rental time ends.
Decorating and Clean-Up:
Suite Forty Eight will set up your tables and chairs and take them down. The renter is responsible for supplying all tablecloths, dishes, silverware, cups, food, drinks, and decorations unless they are rented through Suite Forty Eight. Deliveries, decorating and clean-up are to be done during your contracted time. Suite Forty Eight will charge a cleaning fee of $250 if the facility isn't left in rentable condition.
It is the duty of the renter to remove all personal décor, take out trash, bag rental linens, sweep and mop any wet spills, leaving the facility in rentable condition by check out time. Suite Forty Eight offers different cleaning services if you wish to simplify your hall rental experience. Add a cleaning package to your rental;
$250: Simply take the trash out and remove your personal items. We remove linens, bag linens, restack chairs and tables and sweep the entire facility for you.
