Whether you’re planning a Wedding Ceremony or Reception, a Birthday or Graduation Party, Community Event or Quinceañera, Suite Forty Eight Inc. is the perfect venue! Business conferences, tradeshows and fundraisers will also feel welcome here. Nestled comfortably in Royal Palm Square in Ft Myers, our venue is a total of 3200', with two spaces that run together. Guests enter the venue through one of our two entrances facing Summerlin Rd. When both ballrooms are utilized, 150 guests will enjoy a lovely formal setting that includes high ceilings, draping, two chandeliers and large windows that let plenty of natural light in.
Depending on your needs, your rental includes use of the entire venue, which has a petite ballroom, chandelier salon, food staging area and a lounge. Tables and chairs up to 100 are also included, and our crew will set them up and break them down based on your instructions. Event services and providers such as your caterer, event planner, beverage selection, decorator and music, may be chosen at your discretion. Seating for more than 100 can be rented through us.

Hours:
Full Day rental allows access to the facility from 9:00am - Midnight. If you choose the Half Day option, the facility will be available from 3:00 p.m. - Midnight. Set up by caterers, florists, photographers or deliveries of any kind will only be allowed within these rental times.
Deposit and Payment:
Damage deposit is in addition to the rental fee and must be paid at the time of the booking. The balance is due 5 days prior to your event. A full refund of the damage deposit will be within 30 days, if the rental begins and ends on time, the clean up regulations and all other regulations are followed and there is no damage to the property. Renter is responsible for taking out trash, mopping up wet spills, bagging linens (if rented) and sweeping premises to leave it in rentable condition. All personal decor and items should be removed by renter.
Decorating and Clean-Up:
Suite Forty Eight will set up your tables and chairs and take them down. The renter is responsible for supplying all tablecloths, dishes, silverware, cups, food, drinks, and decorations unless they are rented through Suite Forty Eight. Deliveries, decorating and clean-up are to be done during your contracted time. Suite Forty Eight will charge a cleaning fee of $250 if the facility isn't left in rentable condition.
Cleaning Options:
It is the duty of the renter to remove all personal decor, take out trash, bag rental linens, sweep and mop any wet spills, leaving the facility in rentable condition by check out time. Suite Forty Eight offers different cleaning services if you wish to simplify your hall rental experience. Add a cleaning package to your rental;
$250: Simply take the trash out and remove your personal items. We remove linens, bag linens, restack chairs and tables and sweep the entire facility for you.
