Suite Forty Eight offers a unique venue setting that is perfect for an assembly of events. It's an affordable option that will impress your guest list. With it's draping and dual chandeliers already in place you won't need to do much in regards to decorating. A blank canvas, it's versatile as it can be used for business functions or private parties. Venue rental is affordable and it's perfectly located between Summerlin Rd, Mcgregor and Colonial, making it an ideal location for all of Ft Myers, the Beach, Cape Coral and Downtown Fort Myers.
Outside caterers, decorators and planners are welcome.

With two chandeliers beaming with elated excitement, this salon is perfect for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, baby shower, bridal shower or meeting.

Ball Room

Our trendy lounge area is available for use when the entire facility is rented or included in our all inclusive package. It includes a deep freezer, seating and a large sink.
The non-cooking kitchen includes additional tables, chairs, prep space, a refrigerator, wine chiller and storage space.
Outdoor areas
We have multiple outdoor entertainment spaces, along with gorgeous photo spots all through the square and space to do your sparkler send off. Royal Palm Square offers water features, brick paver walkways, lively plants and windows with character that are the perfect back drop.
We also provide decor and services off site at local beaches, parks and other locations. Ask us about arch rentals, officiants and other event services.
We have over 300 parking spots available in the square so parking will never be an issue for your event.
