Please call our office our contact us through the website to check availability. We are in the office Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, pending our event schedule. If you have already confirmed your date is available, you can reserve your event right here on our website by selecting the rental duration below on the payment form.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS are as follows:
Room Rentals 4 Hours or Less: Deposit $100
Full Facility 100 ppl or Less Deposit: $250
Full Facility 101-130 ppl Deposit: $400
DEPOSIT & RESERVATIONS
Reservations for Suite Forty Eight are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only. A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required to reserve a date. If you remit a deposit to reserve a date and do not return your rental agreement within 10 days, the deposit is forfeited under any and all circumstances. Deposits paid for a reservation of a date are transferable to another date (if available). After ten days, all deposits are subject to the cancellation policy. Security deposits may be paid on line via credit card or by money order, check and cash. Security deposits will be returned to lessee within 30 days after the event less any charges for damage, extra time charges not arranged in advance, cleaning or other costs incurred by Suite Forty Eight due to failure on your part to abide by the house rules, if applicable.
Rentals scheduled to take place between March 15-July 15th 2020 were fully refunded to our guests due to local restrictions and concerns. Rental Reservations placed between June 16th, 2020 to present day are not eligible for full refunds due to COVID-19 or COVID-19 related topics. Reservations are subject to our modified COVID policy only if our local government issues another shut down and we are not legally able to open our facility, otherwise all reservations are subject to our standard cancellation policies, such as the cancellation fee and/or balances due on contract.
Security deposits are refundable the first 3 days of placing your deposit, less an administration fee of 3%. After three (3) days, the reservation is subject to our cancellation fee schedule below. Cancellation fees are deducted from your deposit and the remainder is refunded within 4 weeks. This policy does NOT include all-inclusive packages, only standard venue rentals. Deposits paid for a reservation are transferable to another date in lieu of canceling, if available.
Cancellation fees are deducted from deposit as follows:
91 days or More: Room Rental, $75 Cancellation Fee, Half Day Rental, $200 Cancellation fee, Full Day Rental, $300 Cancellation Fee
31-90 Days prior to event: 25% of contract is due
Less than 30 days: 100% Balance is due
ALL credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. If you are making final payment, please do not forget sales tax.

Final payments are due prior to your event. You will be issued a final invoice via email. Please review it carefully and contact us with any questions.
Once your event has been paid in full, you will be emailed your check in/out instructions.
